Public & heritage spaces
We clean some of London’s most significant working landmarks. These combine high levels of use with buildings that are often unique but relatively fragile. With diverse user groups and unique environments, each space must be treated individually and cleaned with respect.
Preserving the past for present use
London is home to some of Britain’s most significant historic buildings and public spaces. These are part of the country’s heritage while also being living, working spaces.
High and varied levels of use – from daily business to conferences and events – mean that cleaning work needs to be flexible. Our people are well trained in both cleaning and people skills, to cope with all eventualities. They also have support from our active managers. We help keep these spaces running smoothly, including the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple or the Salvation Army’s eighteenth-century headquarters at Sunbury Court.
The special nature of some building materials (e.g. ornate plasterwork, wood panelling and marble) requires pH-neutral cleaning materials and sensitive techniques. We ensure cleaners are conscious of balancing everyday use with preservation for the future.
And we go beyond cleaning – we offer ancillary services such as cloakroom management, porterage, event set-up and concierge services. All delivered by our motivated, security-checked and highly-trained staff.
